RK Media Studio is a freelance video editing and media production company specializing in cinematic short-form and long-form content including real estate, automotive, motion graphics, documentary-style, wedding, and AI-generated video. We work primarily with clients across the US and Canada, helping them turn raw footage into polished, high-retention content.
We're looking for a talented editor to join our team and help us scale content production while maintaining a strong creative standard. You'll work closely with our founder on client projects, contributing to a growing studio built on cinematic storytelling and fast turnaround.

Requirements
Requirements
1+ years of experience editing short-form and/or long-form video content
Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention for short-form platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Experience with captions, transitions, and basic motion graphics
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines
No formal degree required portfolio and skill matter most
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Salary Range
$2,000–$3,000/month
