We’re looking for an experienced Senior Video Editor who is highly skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects and has strong expertise in motion graphics, animations, video effects, SaaS/product demos, app demos, and marketing videos.

This is a 2-hour/day mentorship & monitoring role.

  • Mentor the team on advanced editing, effects & animations
  • Guide them in creating engaging short-form & long-form videos
  • Teach them how to create SaaS, app & software demo videos
  • Improve video storytelling, pacing, transitions & motion graphics
  • Review and monitor their work and provide practical feedback
  • Help establish better video quality and production standards across the company

Requirements

Requirements

Important: We’re not looking for someone to teach basic software usage. We need someone who can teach the creative, practical and professional side of video production and help our team produce high-quality content independently.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (preferred).

• 5-8 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have

Experience with Microservices Architecture

Cloud-Native Application Development

Strong Communication and Documentation Skills
