We’re looking for a talented Video Editor who doesn’t just know how to edit but has a sharp visual eye and a strong instinct for storytelling.
We currently work with US-based realtors, so we’re looking for someone who understands how to turn talking-head footage into content that feels engaging, dynamic, visually compelling, and high-retention.
If you can look at raw footage and immediately see the story, the pacing, the visual direction, and the creative possibilities, we’d love to have you on our team.

- Strong experience editing talking-head content
- A great visual eye for composition, pacing, transitions, and design
- Strong storytelling instincts - knowing what to cut, what to emphasize, and how to keep viewers hooked
- Excellent understanding of motion graphics and visual storytelling
- Ability to turn raw footage into polished, engaging content
