We are looking for a strong senior-level .NET Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in ASP.NET MVC, web & mobile application development, and API integrations. The candidate should have a strong technical foundation, be able to ramp up quickly, and contribute effectively to development and integration activities. Digital banking/fintech application experience is highly preferred.

Develop and optimize Newgen LMS, LOS, CMS, SRM and ECM platforms.
Build full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot and modern frontend frameworks.
Develop REST APIs, microservices and third-party integrations.
Integrate payment gateways, Credit Bureaus and risk/decisioning systems.
Design and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases, schemas and queries.
Build automated workflows for document and records management.
Troubleshoot, debug, test and optimize application performance.
Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

Required Skills

6+ years of strong Java Full Stack Development experience.

Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate and REST APIs.

React / Angular / Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

Microservices and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

SQL/NoSQL, database design, performance tuning and optimization.

Git, Agile/Scrum and strong debugging/problem-solving skills.

Experience with LMS/LOS/CMS/ECM, Newgen, Credit Bureau, payment or risk-system integrations is highly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with Microservices Architecture.

• Experience with automated testing and performance optimization.
