Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
At least 5 years' experience in a comparable software development role, with mastery of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Extensive, proven experience with Vue in production applications.
Familiarity with other SPA frameworks/libraries is an advantage but not a substitute.
Strong knowledge of semantic HTML5 and modern CSS3 (e.g. Flexbox, Grid), including building scalable styling architectures, and hands-on experience with CSS preprocessors such as SCSS.
In-depth experience with Vite or similar build tools such as Webpack, including configuring and optimising builds.
Awareness of the challenges of building scalable, high-performance frontend applications (e.g. rendering performance, bundle size, Core Web Vitals).
Ability to write and maintain automated tests and clear technical documentation.
Proficient with version control systems, including Git, and with branching and code review workflows.
Proven experience resolving cross-browser and cross-device compatibility issues.
Solid experience consuming and helping shape REST and GraphQL APIs.
Hands-on experience with real-time communication (e.g. WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, or similar).
Experience with iframe interactions and cross-origin communication (e.g. postMessage).
Working knowledge of Docker, to run and manage the local development environment.
Proven experience mentoring developers or acting as technical lead on a frontend initiative.
Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. AI coding assistants, MCP integrations) as part of a modern workflow.
Working proficiency and strong communication skills in spoken and written English
