We aren't looking for a "plugin-only" builder; we need a developer who understands the core of WordPress, can manipulate code at will, and possesses the efficiency to build high-quality digital assets at scale.The Benchmark: You must be capable of taking a project from concept to a fully functional, 5-page responsive website within a single business day.

  • Rapid Development: Execute 5-page website builds (using Elementor or Gutenberg) in a single-day turnaround without compromising quality.
  • Deep Customization: Perform advanced theme and plugin customizations using PHP, Hooks, and Filters.
  • Custom Blocks: Develop and extend Gutenberg blocks to meet bespoke design requirements.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure all builds are lightweight, SEO-friendly, and achieve high Core Web Vitals scores.
  • Responsive Execution: Ensure pixel-perfect layouts across all mobile, tablet, and desktop breakpoints.

Technical Requirements

Technical Requirements

Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience as a WordPress Developer.

Core Skills: Proficient in PHP, HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/Flex/Grid), and JavaScript.

Builder Expertise: Advanced mastery of Elementor Pro and Gutenberg.

Dynamic Content: Strong experience with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) and CPTs.

Workflow Mastery: Ability to use starter themes, component libraries, and optimized workflows to maintain extreme speed.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Shopify Plus stores.

Knowledge of Node.js and backend integrations.

Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, Sanity, or Strapi.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Experience working in distributed or cross-functional teams.

Key Deliverables

End-to-end implementation and maintenance of Shopify storefronts.

Development of both Hydrogen and Liquid-based eCommerce experiences.

Custom theme development, enhancement, and optimization.

High-performing, scalable, and conversion-focused online shopping experiences.

Reliable integration of third-party applications and enterprise systems.

Continuous improvement of site performance, usability, and customer experience.
