Mandatory Skills
Angular (latest) + TypeScript
Python (FastAPI or Django)

Frontend Skills
• Angular / React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / TypeScript
• Strong understanding of REST APIs
• RxJS, State Management (NgRx or similar)
• Component architecture & performance optimization
• React Hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext)
• Build scalable & reusable UI components

Backend Skills
• Python 3.x with FastAPI or Django
• Strong API development experience
• LTI Integration (pylti1.3 or similar)

Database & Deployment
• PostgreSQL / MongoDB / MS SQL
• Docker, AWS or Google Cloud
