Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our offshore remote team supporting banking applications built around Finastra products, including Cash Management and Trade Finance systems.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in backend and frontend development, microservices architecture, messaging technologies, and legacy system integration/modernization within banking environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain banking applications related to Finastra -Cash Management and Trade Finance systems
- Work on both frontend and backend development activities
- Design and develop Spring Boot microservices-based applications
- Integrate messaging systems such as Apache Kafka and IBM MQ into enterprise applications.
- Support legacy systems and participate in modernization initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration, deployment, and production support
- Troubleshoot application and integration-related issues
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical solution design.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Experience working on banking or financial services applications
- Exposure to Finastra products, especially Cash Management or Trade Finance systems
- Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems
- Experience with messaging technologies such as:
Apache Kafka
- IBM MQ
- Experience integrating Kafka/MQ within application architecture
- Experience working with legacy systems and modernization projects
- Frontend development experience using modern frameworks/technologies
- Experience with IBM Dojo Toolkit is preferred
