We are seeking a skilled WordPress support engineer with experience in enterprise WordPress environments and multisite architecture. The ideal candidate will provide primary technical ownership for WordPress platforms, ensuring security, stability, and governance across plugins and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support WordPress multisite architecture and daily operations
Handle enterprise security, vulnerability management, and platform hardening
Oversee plugin lifecycle management, updates, compatibility, and governance
Act as the primary technical owner for WordPress support initiatives and escalations
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve platform performance
Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and troubleshooting

Required Skills
Strong experience with WordPress multisite administration
Knowledge of WordPress security best practices and vulnerability remediation
Experience managing plugins, upgrades, and governance processes
Hands-on troubleshooting and technical ownership experience
Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
