The Project:
You will lead the migration of contact center call recordings and analytics from Calabrio to Amazon Connect Contact Lens using a modern, cloud-native architecture.

What you need to bring:

8-10 years of experience with 6+ years specifically in AWS.

Strong backend skills: Python/TypeScript/Java, Lambda, API Gateway, Kinesis.

Front-end skills: React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Deep understanding of data migration, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).

Certifications (Highly Preferred): AWS Certified Developer (Associate) OR Solutions Architect (Professional).

Mandatory Requirements:

Genuine Visa status.

A verified LinkedIn Profile (Must be 4+ years old).
