Looking for someone who can turn long-form podcasts into viral YouTube Shorts/Reels.

What we need:

- Remote work - work from anywhere

- Experience doesn’t matter - you just need to be good at what you do

- Must be punctual - deadlines are non-negotiable

- Knows how to trim podcast clips with viral potential for YouTube Shorts

- Basic understanding of what content works and what doesn’t

- Prior work in podcast editing preferred

What you’ll do:
Find the best moments from long-form podcasts and edit them into high-impact short-form clips.

Payment:
Per-project basis. Pay varies by project scope. Bonus: If your edited short goes viral, you get rewarded extra.
