We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Backend Developer to join our fully remote team, where you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable systems that power our platform’s performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain backend systems and APIs
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, frontend, operations)
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Contribute to backend architecture and best practices

Requirements
• 2–4+ years of backend development experience
• Strong experience with Node.js or similar backend technologies
• Experience building APIs and working with databases
• Understanding of authentication, security, and performance optimization
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or payment systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
