Full-stack Developer

Duration: Initial 6 months contract to start with
 
Role Emphasis
60% React, 40% Java/Spring.
Highly collaborative, agile team (daily standups, mobbing sessions, paired programming).
Must be able to justify design decisions, explain achievements clearly, and handle technical whiteboarding in person.
 
Core Must-Have Skills
ReactJS (4+ years) – Strong front-end development, ability to follow React paradigms, mentor team members, and build features.
Java (3+ years) – Backend development, especially with Spring.
Spring Framework (3+ years) – For building APIs and backend services.
REST API (3+ years) – Designing and consuming APIs.
OAuth (3+ years) – Authentication and authorization experience; understanding how OAuth works is critical.
 
Tools & Technologies
•                   IntelliJ – Primary IDE used by the team.
•                   GitHub – Source control and collaboration.
•                   GitHub Copilot – Assisting with coding productivity.
•                   GitHub Actions – CI/CD pipeline automation.
•                   Tailwind CSS – Styling for frontend applications.
•                   Playwright – For testing.
•                   Vite – Frontend build tool.
