- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience in pre-press, including creating soft proofs and print-ready files.
- Good understanding of colour profiling, colour management, and visualisation.
- Communicate with customers via email, phone, web chat, and onsite to understand design requirements.
- Collaborate professionally with team members to complete assigned tasks.
- Design, edit, and update products across our web platforms.
- Adapt to new projects and overcome challenges with a positive attitude.
- Assist management in designing promotional materials.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and perform well under tight deadlines.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
