Senior Full-Stack Developer Consultant – Backend Heavy & Team Lead
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer Consultant with strong backend expertise and proven team leadership experience to join our fast-moving product engineering team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Node.js, React and PostgreSQL, with a strong focus on backend development, API development, integrations and scalable architecture.
You will work closely with US-based cross-functional teams, contribute to both backend and frontend development, and provide technical leadership to the engineering team.

- Lead backend development using Node.js
- Design and develop APIs, integrations and scalable solutions
- Develop and maintain frontend features using React
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases
- Handle deployment workflows and CI/CD processes
- Work with AWS S3 & EC2
- Lead a small engineering team and provide technical guidance
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers
- Drive technical decisions and architectural improvements
- Collaborate with QA, UX, leadership and US-based stakeholders
- Ensure quality, productivity and timely project delivery
- Contribute to product improvements and real-time problem solving
