• Experience migrating .NET applications to Java or decommissioning legacy applications

• Work across backend and frontend technologies

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers

• Participate in architecture and technical design decisions

• Support .NET application migration/decommissioning initiatives

• Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices

• Gradually take ownership of Technical Lead responsibilities.
