Key Responsibilities:
Design YouTube thumbnails, social media creatives, banners, and promotional materials
Create visually appealing graphics aligned with brand guidelines
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop engaging visual content
Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms
Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools

Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Creativity with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Previous experience in graphic design is preferred
