  SKILLS OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE:
 
  1-5+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer with React 
  Proficient in JavaScript (ES2021)/TypeScript, React 17/18, and Redux with Toolkit 
  Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, preprocessors, and SSR concepts 
  Experience with Git and WebComponents (preferred) 
  Skilled in writing unit and integration tests (e.g., testing-library) 
  Familiar with HTTP/2 and basic Node.js knowledge
