Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual WordPress Web Developer/Designer to join our team. As a Virtual WordPress Web Designer at GAO Group of Companies, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere and collaborate with clients and team members across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive WordPress websites using themes like Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery, and custom child themes.
- Customize templates to match branding and design specifications.
- Optimize site speed, SEO, and overall performance across devices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement design enhancements.
- Stay current with WordPress updates, web design trends, and tools.
- Build internal dashboards, portals, and front-end interfaces for monitoring and visualization.
- Design clean UI/UX for plugins, SaaS tools, and internal systems.
- Create landing pages, conversion funnels, micro-sites, and pitch/demo pages.

Qualifications
- Proven experience with a portfolio demonstrating WordPress development/design skills.
- Proficiency in WordPress CMS and page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of theme/plugin development and SEO best practices.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Effective virtual communication and collaboration abilities.
