- Backend & Full-Stack Development
- Lead backend development using Node.js with scalable architecture and API design
- Develop frontend features using React when required
- Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases
- Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Work with AWS (S3 & EC2) for infrastructure and application hosting Technical Leadership
- Lead and mentor a small engineering team
- Conduct code reviews and drive architectural decisions
- Ensure engineering quality, productivity, and timely delivery
- Collaborate with QA, UX, Product, and US leadership teams
