Requirements:
Strong creative sense & modern design style
Experience with Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
Ability to create high-converting ad creatives
Understanding of social media trends
Fast turnaround & good communication

Preferred:
Experience in Real Estate creatives
Motion graphics/video editing knowledge is a plus
