SpotOn is looking for a driven Full Stack Developer to join our remote IT team. You'll build and improve internal and external systems across the frontend, backend, and database layers, taking ownership of full modules end to end.
One thing that sets this role apart: AI-assisted development is a core part of how we work, not an afterthought. We want someone genuinely fluent with modern AI coding tools and interested in pushing how far they go.

- Develop frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript.
- Build and maintain backend services using NestJS.
- Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Implement authentication and role-based access control.
- Build and maintain full CRUD-based modules.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-structured code.
- Actively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, and Claude to accelerate development.
- Optimize workflows through AI-driven problem solving.
- Test, debug, and improve system performance.
- Collaborate remotely with the development team.
