I'm hiring for a remote AI-Native Fullstack Developer role and looking for developers who are already using AI as a core part of how they build, debug and ship.

Looking for

Looking for

  • 2-5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience
  • Strong with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Next.js & Node.js
  • Comfortable owning the full loop: Figma → frontend → API → database → deployment
  • Already working with agentic coding workflows using Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or similar tools
  • Knows how to move from AI-generated code to production-hardened code - not just vibe code and ship
  • Comfortable with context engineering, prompt iteration and AI-assisted debugging
  • Experience integrating LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines, tool calling or structured outputs into real applications is a strong plus
  • Hands-on with Git, Docker, CI/CD and serverless or containerized deployments
  • Can independently take an ambiguous problem from spec → build → production
  • Strong engineering judgment: knows when to trust AI and when to challenge it

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative tools

• Video editing skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

Good to Have

Knowledge of Entity Framework Core (EF Core).

Basic understanding of React.js or Angular.

Familiarity with Azure, Docker, or CI/CD concepts.

Personal or academic projects using .NET technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), or related degree (Final Year Students or Fresh Graduates).

Academic projects using C#, ASP.NET, or SQL Server are preferred.

Portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing development projects is an added advantage.
