We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our team and work on scalable, secure and high-performance backend applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
  • Build robust applications using Java & Spring Boot.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and optimize queries and application performance.
  • Participate in architecture, code reviews and technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA and product teams.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement reliable solutions.
  • Follow secure coding, testing and software development best practices.

Key Skills

Key Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Java

Spring Boot & Spring Framework

Hibernate / JPA

Strong REST API development

Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases

Microservices architecture

Strong understanding of backend application design and development

Experience with Azure / Cloud environments is preferred

Experience in FinTech / Banking / Financial Services is an advantage

Strong debugging, problem-solving and performance-tuning skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (preferred).

• 5-8 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Experience with Microservices Architecture

Cloud-Native Application Development

Strong Communication and Documentation Skills
