We’re looking for a creative Video Editor who knows how to turn ideas into engaging videos through strong editing, scripting and storytelling.

- Edit engaging short-form videos (2–3 mins max)
- Experience with Talking head videos!!
- Write or improve scripts with strong hooks and storytelling
- Understand pacing, retention and what keeps people watching
- Turn raw footage and ideas into unique, compelling content
- Use creative editing techniques, sound design, motion graphics and visuals when needed
- Understand B2B, industrial businesses, websites, software and SEO well enough to create content around them
- Understand video SEO, including titles, descriptions, keywords, search intent and content discoverability
- Research industries, businesses and competitors to find interesting content angles
- Study content trends and find new ways to make videos stand out
- Bring their own creative ideas instead of simply following instructions
- Be comfortable creating and adapting content in English, Hindi and Gujarati
