Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain scalable web applications
• Improve existing features and resolve bugs/issues
• Work on frontend UI/UX enhancements
• Optimize website performance and loading speed
• Manage backend APIs and database integrations
• Improve admin dashboard functionality and structure
• Implement secure Git workflows and deployment processes
• Set up and manage staging/production environments
• Build automation features and internal management tools
• Collaborate effectively with remote team members

Requirements:
• Strong experience with Next.js & React.js
• Good backend development experience (Node.js preferred)
• Experience with APIs, databases, and authentication systems
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows
• Understanding of deployment and server management
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
