We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to support our Proposal, Business Development, Recruiting, and Leadership teams with professional, visually compelling corporate materials.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, proposals, capability statements, brochures, flyers, and other corporate materials
  • Develop graphics, charts, diagrams, and infographics
  • Transform technical and business information into clear, professional visuals
  • Support recruiting and business development materials
  • Maintain consistent CTIS branding across materials
  • Collaborate with Proposal, BD, Recruiting, and Leadership teams
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Required Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of graphic design experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign

• Strong PowerPoint skills

• Knowledge of layout, typography, branding, and visual communication

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Professional design portfolio required

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with Microservices Architecture.

• Experience with automated testing and performance optimization.
