We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to support a State of Washington project. The ideal candidate should have strong experience developing and maintaining modern web applications across both frontend and backend technologies.

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
  • Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and application components.
  • Work with relational databases and data-driven applications.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, developers, and project stakeholders.
  • Prepare technical documentation and support application deployment.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Required Skills

Required Skills

Strong Full Stack Web Development experience.

Frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks.

Backend development experience with one or more technologies such as C#, .NET, Java, Node.js, or Python.

Strong experience with REST APIs / Web Services.

Experience with SQL and relational databases.Experience with Git / source control.

Experience with software development, testing, debugging, and deployment.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

State Government / Public Sector experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Shopify Plus stores.

Knowledge of Node.js and backend integrations.

Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, Sanity, or Strapi.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Experience working in distributed or cross-functional teams.

Key Deliverables

End-to-end implementation and maintenance of Shopify storefronts.

Development of both Hydrogen and Liquid-based eCommerce experiences.

Custom theme development, enhancement, and optimization.

High-performing, scalable, and conversion-focused online shopping experiences.

Reliable integration of third-party applications and enterprise systems.

Continuous improvement of site performance, usability, and customer experience.
